- Portland-based manufacturing firm Bushwacker has come to O'Brien three times since 2000 for help in accommodating their consistent growth. The first project was
a 5,000-square-foot addition and remodel of a building they had recently purchased. O'Brien fast-tracked the construction and worked with Bushwacker's production staff to coordinate a phased
move-in. They quickly outgrew the new facility and asked O'Brien back to add another 24,000-square-foot tilt-up addition to the building. Again, O'Brien worked closely with the production
crews to prevent disruption of existing production lines. O'Brien then returned a year later to add a paint booth inside the newest addition.
