- At O'Brien Constructors, we specialize in projects with high client involvement and design team integration. Our workload includes a mix of hard bid and alternative
delivery method projects, such as design/build, construction manager/general contractor, and guaranteed maximum price, for both the public and private sectors.
Our emphasis has always been to work on projects that we want to work on, that interest and excite our entire crew. This approach has led to work in a variety of high-end facilities such as hospitals, schools, wineries, hotels and industrial facilities.
BY SELECTING PROJECTS THAT CAPTURE OUR INTEREST, we are able to bring enthusiasm and a fresh view to the project team. We emphasize team work
and brainstorming company wide. Because we are a smaller company, we are able to tap the experience of all of our project managers when exploring Value Engineering options or potential schedule impacts.
By pooling our resources, we are maximizing the benefits of our skills and experience to the project.
