Grand Cru Estates is a stunning mix of the modern and the traditional. The hospitality spaces glow with warm wood and open spaces are highlighted by the mix of wood and concrete bringing
the entire site together. The custom wood-burning fireplace is offset by an organic stone surround. The process hall, where the fermenters are located and the wine is made, has a high vaulted
ceiling with custom trusses made of glue-laminated beams and tube steel. The process hall is enclosed with screens made of galvanized wire-mesh to bring the outside in.
