Pacific University, together with the City of Forest Grove, needed an athletic complex that could host University sporting events and also serve as a recreational space
for the surrounding community. O'Brien helped them meet and surpass this need with the Lincoln Park Athletic Complex. The complex spans a 17-acre site and includes a track, synthetic soccer
field, and natural softball and baseball fields. There are also many amenities such as a soccer stadium, baseball stadium, softball stadium and a concessions and restroom facility. The students
of Pacific University are proud to say that they now have one of the best outdoor facilities of any small college in the Northwest.
